Once the concrete solution has been applied, our experts will parge the wall with a damp proofing compound that will further act as a sealant and ensure that moisture does not enter the basement, leaving it damp and musty smelling.

Our Roto-Rooter waterproofing professionals will then install a dimpled waterproofing polyethylene plastic membrane.  This membrane will protect your house from external ground water flow and ensure that your basement is safe from unwanted water damage.

Weeping tiles are installed and connected to the existing drainage system.  This allows for efficient collection and removal of any unwanted run-off ground water.  The tiles are then encased with clear limestone, which allows for the water to percolate downwards toward the tiles.
